Why not spend your summer playing in a place steeped in history? This summer, Château de Maisons invites families and friends to enjoy a unique and fun experience: traditional wooden games freely available in the gardens every day from 10am to 6pm during opening hours.

Free fun in an exceptional setting
Whether in the shade of the trees or basking in the sun, visitors can enjoy a friendly play area inspired by games of yesteryear. Suitable for children aged 5 and over, these wooden games offer a relaxing moment in a unique heritage site. This summer, the château isn’t just for culture—it’s a playground!

Games to discover and rediscover
Frog, skittles, shove ha’penny… these activities echo traditional pastimes: large wooden boards, games of skill, balance and strategy, designed for all ages. Each game encourages sociability, curiosity and a return to simpler pleasures.
