Through three complementary approaches—biology, coaching and yoga—Annabelle guides you in changing the way you view your stress.
The first part of the workshop will focus on understanding what actually happens in the body when we feel stressed. The second part will look at identifying sources of stress, how we react to them, and how to regain control. Finally, the workshop will conclude with an exploration of several simple techniques (breathing and postural exercises) to help manage stress in everyday life.
