Over the years, Les Fatals Picards have made the stage their playground, their natural environment, a place where anything is possible, a melting pot for that special alchemy that allows them to blend rock, French chanson, humour, irony and political engagement (without resorting to simplistic indoctrination) into a crazy yet coherent whole. Missing them on this tour would be a bit like missing out on life... Put like that, it may seem a little exaggerated, but as someone once said about something or other in May 1968: ‘To exaggerate is to begin to invent.’
