The Arboretum, a vast natural and landscaped area housing an exceptional collection of trees, is opening its doors free of charge for the Fête de la nature. Come and discover or rediscover the site with an exceptional programme of activities!

Naturalist associations, Museum gardeners and mediators, and artists are all working together to help visitors discover biodiversity in all its facets.
Come along to the Versailles Chèvreloup Arboretum for a packed programme of workshops, tours and shows.
From the very young to the very old, there's something for everyone!
All the activities on offer and admission to the site are free.

Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm

Discovering trees :

From age 3
Dive into the fascinating world of trees and botany through fun workshops: puzzles, drawings and other interactive activities for a first sensory and educational approach to nature!

The birds of the Arboretum :

From age 6.
With an exhibition and a treasure hunt, set off on the trail of the birds of the Arboretum. This is your chance to find out a little more about the biology and, in particular, the eggs of these fascinating inhabitants of the Arboretum.

Visit to the vegetable garden :


Open to all.
Come and discover the Arboretum's educational vegetable garden. This is your chance to get tips on growing fruit and vegetables.
