Le monde du Carton - Theatre by Mélanie Samie and Thomas Lemaire, directed by Thomas Lemaire

This is the story of Oscar, a child who endures the cruel mockery and malicious glances of his classmates every day. What can he do about it? Alone against everyone, he feels powerless. One day, after yet another day like all the others, Oscar suddenly finds himself in a strange world, a fragile world in which the inhabitants, the houses and the landscapes are made of cardboard; a world that is cracking as a dark evil spreads through it. To save it, Oscar will have to face much more than an external enemy: his own fears, doubts and lack of confidence. The peace of the cardboard world seems to depend on his own. Will he be able to save the world of cardboard? An adventure of self-discovery! It's the greatest quest of all.
