Everything was going well in her life… but then she turned up.
The first one… the one we’ll always remember: the panic attack
Kino was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder, with agoraphobia thrown in for good measure. For him, it was the best possible diagnosis when you’re performing every night in front of hundreds of people, in a closed venue with no windows.
Today, things are much better. He talks about that ‘mess’ on stage with hindsight. He recounts how mental health issues hit him without warning, how he dealt with them, messed it up, how he survived and, above all... he decided to turn it into a show.
PANIC ATTACK is funny, honest and uninhibited. A show about two years of hell… told by someone who can finally laugh about it.
