Amateur florist Mr Toupie falls madly in love with his neighbour Mrs Sylvestre, who lives only for her tortoise Alf and wants Alf to grow up quickly. Mr Toupie would like to invite his neighbour over for tea, but he never dares to take the plunge. Could Alf be the key to opening the door to Mrs. Sylvestre's heart? Mr. Toupie tries everything he can to help Mrs. Sylvestre, and our two characters come together around a common goal: to help Alf grow up. But what a project!
