The Musée de la Toile de Jouy will welcome the contemporary French artist Alice Riehl. She is known for her monumental porcelain wall sculptures. In 2026, she will present her first exhibitions through two projects in France, at the Musée de la Toile de Jouy, and in New York.
Alice Riehl draws inspiration from motifs in the museum’s collections, particularly those inspired by nature, floral patterns and mythology.
A monumental wall installation, designed specifically for the exhibition, transforms these motifs into a living tableau.
