To mark European Museum Night, come and explore the collections at the Musée de la Toile de Jouy
ON THE PROGRAMME:
From 6pm to 10pm: Immerse yourself in Toile de Jouy patterns through an olfactory and sensory journey. A self-guided, immersive tour of our collections to discover or rediscover printed fabrics. This tour will complement the brand-new temporary exhibition of works by Alice Riehl, ‘Herbarium interior’, which features one of her porcelain wall installations adorned with a fragrant finishing touch created especially for the occasion.
At 6.30 pm and 8.15 pm: Dance performance – Troc! A duo of dancers from the Sauf le dimanche company brings the Museum’s collections to life in a unique choreographed performance. (45 mins, no booking required)
From 7 pm to 10 pm: On-site catering provided by La Ferme de Viltain
