Children are invited to make a chocolate tart from ganache to delicious almond shortbread!
Our apprentice chefs will start by preparing a delicious chocolate ganache.
They will also prepare a delicious almond shortbread pastry.
After baking, all that's left to do is put the two together and you've got a delicious snack!
The children will go home with their tarts... unless they devour them all!
Workshop duration: approx. 1h30
Maximum number of participants: 8
Allergen: egg, lactose, nuts
Children aged 7 and over are accepted as long as an adult stays with them throughout the workshop.
