Pierre Arditi and Irène Jacob welcome you to the Grande Scène in Le Chesnay for a new play.
The Seine runs through it
La Grande Scène du Chesnay – Le père
78150 Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt
This play tells the story of André, who sees his daughter Anne throw open the door to her flat. It’s a gesture from the heart, meant to support this much-loved father whose sense of humour remains as sharp as ever. But living together holds plenty of surprises: far from letting himself be mothered, this strong-willed man is determined to defend his freedom tooth and nail... Because agreeing to hand over the reins to one’s own children is far more difficult than it seems.
