A temporary exhibition will be dedicated to him from 3 October 2025 to 3 January 2026 at the Maison Léon Blum. Previously unseen photographs and documents from various archives will be presented for the occasion.
Cécile Brunschvicg was one of the first women to enter the French government. This was in 1936, when Léon Blum formed his first government after the victory of the Popular Front.
Although little known to the general public, Cécile Brunschvicg is considered a pioneer of feminism: the exhibition will trace her career and her struggles for women's rights.
