Located in the heart of the old convent founded by Louis XV's wife, the chapel is a jewel of neoclassical architecture.

Its chapel is a gem of Neo-Classic art and has just undergone total restoration, which was completed in 2011. The school had over 500 pupils when the nuns were expelled in 1792.

Napoleon I turned it into a secondary school for boys and it became the Lycée Hoche in 1888.
